Refund Policy

1. Overview
Bandobast facilitates service bookings between customers and verified service providers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the circumstances of the dispute. Our goal is to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.
2. Customer Cancellation
- Before service starts: Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booking amount.
- After service starts: Once the service has begun, cancellations are handled through our dispute resolution process.
3. Provider Cancellation
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Providers who repeatedly cancel bookings may face account suspension or removal from the platform.
4. Service Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service received, you may raise a dispute through our platform within 48 hours of service completion. Our dispute resolution team will review the evidence (photos, messages, completion proof) and determine the appropriate outcome, which may include:
- Full refund to the customer
- Partial refund based on the extent of service completed
- Re-performance of the service by the provider
- Credits toward future bookings
5. Photo-Proof Completion
Providers are required to submit before and after photos as proof of service completion. In case of a dispute, these photos serve as primary evidence. Customers should also document any issues with photos and detailed descriptions when filing a dispute.
6. Registration Fees
The 5,000 PKR provider registration fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has been initiated and the provider's documents have been submitted for verification. This fee covers verification costs, document processing, and administrative expenses.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Customers will be notified via email and WhatsApp when a refund has been initiated.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you and the provider cannot reach an agreement, either party may escalate the issue through our formal dispute resolution system. An admin will review the case and make a final determination. Both parties agree to abide by the admin's decision.
