1. Service Delivery Model

Bandobast is a service marketplace platform that connects customers with verified professional service providers. We do not ship physical goods. All services are delivered directly by the service provider to the customer at the agreed-upon location and time.

2. Service Locations

Services booked through Bandobast are delivered at locations agreed between the customer and the service provider. Currently, our platform primarily serves customers in Pakistan, with service providers available across various cities and regions.

3. Booking Confirmation

  • Once a booking is confirmed through the platform, the provider and customer agree on the service location and time.
  • For in-person services, the provider travels to the customer's specified location within their service area.
  • For remote/digital services, delivery occurs through agreed communication channels (phone, video call, online platforms).

4. Service Area Restrictions

Each service provider defines their service area during onboarding. Customers can only book providers whose service area covers their location. Providers may update their service area radius through their profile settings, subject to admin approval.

5. Timely Delivery

Providers are expected to deliver services at the agreed-upon date and time. If a provider is unable to fulfill a booking, they must notify the customer through the platform's chat system as early as possible. Repeated failure to deliver on time may result in account suspension.

6. Digital Services

For digital services (consultations, design, tutoring, etc.), delivery is considered complete once the service has been rendered through the agreed medium. Providers may be required to submit proof of completion (photos, documents, etc.) through our platform.
